If you have a vanilla server, I can help you set up the necessary commands/command blocks to build and customize your server. If you have a bukkit/craftbucket/etc. server, I can help you set up your plugins, advise you on the newest and best plugins, and setup your permissions. I can help you find a builder to build a spawn, and help you find developers to make custom plugins if you need them.
I don't work for free though, I do expect to be paid; however it would be 100% worth your money for the quality of service I can give you.
