HELP!!! Unable to download Minecraft Windows 10 Beta Version

I purchased Minecraft for my son and he loves it. We recently upgraded to Windows 10, so I'm trying to download that version. I've gotten the code, and entered it but the button to install the game isn't lit up. Above it, it says I need a device with more features. What exactly does that mean??? I can't install the game? Please someone help because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

Try making sure you are using the correct account, and when you enter the code, you usually have to wait up to five to ten minutes. The microsoft store should automatically either show up on your computer or download.
