Help please - prepaid card already redeemed

Maybe someone here can help me. I tried redeeming a prepaid card and when I went to redeem the code it said the code has already been redeemed to download again go to account overview and I don't have the game downloaded. Any advice?

Just download the game from minecraft.net and login with your details..
