I had the same issue however it resolved itself quickly. It was probably the host having a moment

Might be the host. Often when sites looks weird, it's the CSS files not loading properly.

It's loading images of people from my facebook on weird places, (eg: the quotes have my friends face on them) but when I go to Firefox they load fine.
And just generally weird pictures everywhere.

The images randomly change. My avy will randomly change, and so will the background of everything.

Do you have any plugins installed? Does it work if you deactivate them? How does it look in other browsers? 
It looks fine in other browsers.
No plugins installed. It's not just this site. GC is completely messing up everything even FB.

have you tried reinstalling your browser? since its not happening on other browsers that may be all its needs
