Helluw there,

I'm an animator and I make content for youtube.

I've recently uploaded my first animation and I'm wondering what you think of it. Do you know anything that can be improved, or do you just want to say hi, then please do.

The explosion could've been worked on a bit better, but overall it was good.

I should had invested more into the explosion indeed. When I wrote the script, the explosion was originally intended to be made with a plugin, but that plugin is quite expensive and I couldn't afford it. Sorry...

I'm working on quit a lot of animations at the moment.
My next one will be pretty big. I'm going to divide it in to two parts and it's the start of some sort of serie.

Hey that's pretty cool. What software do you use to animate these? Blender?

I use Cinema 4D for the animation and After Effects for the final compositing.

Blender is a modeling program.

I'd be extremely surprised if you managed to use Blender to animate something like this..

Actually it's an extremely popular animation and game engine as well, after Cinema 4D it's the most popular choice for those on a budget looking to make MC videos.

I'm working on a new big animation which I'm planning on releasing 27 februari. I'll give you an update as soon as I've completed that video and all the animations after.
